About D-Ice

D-Ice first opened on December 20, 2017 in Evansville, Indiana.  The operating unit has since become a fixture of the local shopping district, and the surrounding community with many repeat customers.

D-Ice is the first Thai rolled ice cream shop in Evansville, and possibly in all of Indiana.  It takes pride in using the freshest ingredients and all of the rolled ice cream dishes, smoothies, teas, and other signature items are made fresh to order.

Based on its phenomenal operational success in its first year of operations, D-Ice is now launching a franchise program under the ownership and management of KimHock Seow and Jonathan Seow.  The current location will act as the prototype and training center for new franchise locations, which will maintain a similar look and feel (as much as possible) as the company expands into new markets.

D-Ice will be franchising the company’s operations in order to bring the delicious rolled ice cream and drinks menu to all parts of the United States.  It will provide entrepreneurs looking for a foodservice franchise an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new, easy-to-operate, concept that makes and sells fresh made-to-order ice cream and smoothies in high traffic areas with little, if any, direct competition.  Through franchise development, D-Ice will have the ability to operate locations in new markets and areas without the cost and management responsibilities that would come with geographically widely distributed company-owned outlets.

The D-Ice system itself is well positioned and poised for growth.  Although it doesn’t quite have an extended track record, its initial success has been extraordinary from a sales and operational standpoint.  In addition, members of its management team have many years of experience in restaurant management.  D-Ice has a passion for its customers and general business acumen that will help launch several franchises and company-owned units simultaneously in a planned expansion.
